Join Mindfulness Educator Kristina Cavit (MNZM) as she supports you in developing tools to let go of unhelpful thought patterns and to practically manage even the busiest of lives.
We call it Mākoha - to be tranquil, gentle, kindly and compassionate.

Kristina’s introduction course serves as both an ideal entry point for beginners and a refresher for practicing meditators. It's simple, accessible and anyone can participate.
The aim of this course is to support you to develop a Mindfulness practice and to help you bring Mindfulness into your everyday life.

How does it work?
- 4 recorded live meditations and Q+A to guide you through each week with Kristina Cavit;
- 5 audio mediations
- 6 audio talks
- Support pack to help you to develop your Mindfulness practice
4 weeks of practice:
1. Play the meditation + Q&A
2. Play the introduction talk + meditation
3. Listen to the same meditation every day for 1 week - e.g. 'Introduction meditation' - then move onto the next e.g. 'Breath meditation'
4. Continue your practice after the 4 weeks
