How does it work?

Program overviewThe course includes:
  • 4 recorded live meditations and Q+A to guide you through each week with Kristina Cavit;
  • 5 audio mediations
  • 6 audio talks 
  • Support pack to help you to develop your Mindfulness practice
The course is designed to be done over 4 weeks, at a time that suits you. 

4 weeks of practice:
1. Play the meditation + Q&A
2. Play the introduction talk + meditation 
3. Listen to the same meditation every day for 1 week - e.g. 'Introduction meditation' - then move onto the next e.g. 'Breath meditation'
4. Continue your practice after the 4 weeks
